Wanted: Volunteers!

Tulsa Ladies, come on out and VOLUNTEER at the Just Between Friends Children's Sales event! This is a wonderful opportunity to help family be able to come and purchase items for their children at a fraction of the cost. Volunteering is EASY! We need help keeping the clothing on the correct racks and all the pieces of toys together and items in the correct place and then the greatest need is for volunteers to help customers get their tags removed and bagged and on their way to our cash registers. The time passes very quickly and the moms are very friendly!

Just go to www.JBFsale.com and find the Tulsa sale, we have online sign up button and you will just follow the instructions. Give it a try.......I bet you'll like it, and you just might find something for your kids there too! (Bring a friend or two)

I am very proud of all the consignors who have been very willing to come and help at the sale! We have a record number signed up. We love our volunteers and would like to include everyone who is available to help.

Thank you all very much, Daven

Get Ready for the Spring '08 Sale!!!

WOW....with the coming of the new year, I have started thinking about cleaning out those closets for the next sale (among other resolutions). I am guessing that you are having those same thoughts as well. We got back into town from Christmas break and my daughter (11 years old) told me that she didn't have any room in her closet for anything else-poor child. She (without my prompting) started cleaning her closet out. She filled up a rack with things that she doesn't think that she will wear anymore or things that don't fit any longer. We transferred them to the JBF closet where we keep things that are going in the sale. Now...time to find some hangers and login to www.myjbftags.com and start getting everything tagged. FUN FUN FUN!

Hey...if you are just finding out about JBF and are still trying to decide whether or not to consign...or if you are a seasoned consignor, we have a video for you to watch. Some of you may remember that we filmed on the consignor shop day at the Fall sale. We have created a video that is now on YouTube. You can find it by putting jbfsale.com in the search field or just click on this link. You can forward this link to your friends to let them know what JBF is all about. A special thanks to those of you who were brave enough to go on camera. You are now You Tube stars..in my mind anyways!

Tulsa Spring JBF Sale Info!

Hey everyone, we thought that we would send out a post to let you know that the Spring Tulsa Just Between Friends sale is going to be March 2-8th. We are shortening the sale by one day now to have a longer day for the 50% off sale. Everything at the beginning of the sale will remain pretty much the same, but we are ending the sale on Saturday this year, which will allow us to sell even more items at 50% off and hopefully get more people through the door on Saturday the 8th.

Some more exciting news is that we will have a BRAND NEW BUILDING! WooHoooo. We can hardly wait. We will be conducting the Spring event in the new building on the Tulsa Fairgrounds called Central Park. It is not even open yet. We will be one of the first ones to use the building. One of the reasons we are so excited is that we will have an additional 10,000 square feet, that is a total of 42,000 square feet! Hopefully that will alleviate some of the crowded conditions that we have all dealt with.

Daven and I are gearing up and getting the website ready for our signups to begin January 1, 2008. If you want to start tagging your merchandise now, you can already do that on the www.myjbftags.com website. Be sure to delete any sold or donated items from your inventory before you begin entering your new items.

We can’t wait to see you in March. Have a great Thanksgiving. Shannon
